Why West Texas

The next wave of the pipeline concentrates where congestion and land line up — and that is West Texas. Remote diagnostics resolve most issues from the operations center, but when hands are needed on site, response time is a function of where your people sleep.

The region's operating environment is also its own discipline: heat, dust, and distance punish designs and org charts that were drawn up for milder places. Building the team where the assets are is how the playbook stays honest.

What the team will do

The expanded team owns preventive maintenance windows, physical response when remote diagnostics reach their limit, and the commissioning trains for the region's incoming sites. The same technicians who commission a block go on to maintain it, which keeps institutional knowledge on the asset instead of in a binder.
