Where the capacity sits

The portfolio spans West Texas and the Gulf Coast, anchored by Cedar Bayou and Bell Junction and joined by projects at Marfa Flats and Salt Fork. Each site pairs containerized LFP storage with bidirectional power conversion, certified as a single unit and dispatched from day one on Anode software.

The mix is deliberate. Gulf Coast sites sit close to load and clear tight evening ramps; the West Texas positions sit on the other side of the state's most congested cut, where price separation does the heavy lifting. Contracting across both means the portfolio earns in more hours than any single node could.

How the number is built

We count capacity as contracted only when the interconnection agreement is signed, the offtake or merchant structure is closed, and equipment is under a binding order. Memoranda, exclusivity letters, and queue positions do not make the number. That discipline keeps 1.4 GWh meaning something when a lender or an offtaker asks what stands behind it.

What the fleet looks like operationally

Every contracted megawatt-hour lands on the same operating stack: dispatch decisions from one bidding engine, monitoring in one control room, and degradation tracked against a commissioning-day baseline. Sites join the fleet the week they energize, not after a hand-off period, so the operating history a buyer eventually underwrites starts on day one.

What comes next

Contracted capacity is a leading indicator, not the finish line. The next tranche of the pipeline is in late-stage interconnection now, and we expect to announce additional energizations over the coming quarters as sites clear their studies and equipment arrives on schedule.
