Anode designs, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage across Texas. Containerized LFP systems engineered as one certified unit, deployed on a twelve to sixteen month schedule, and dispatched on our own software from the first commercial cycle. The team that builds a site is the team that runs it.
About the role
You will run the Marfa Flats site: subcontractors, schedule, and safety, from first foundation to mechanical completion. The deployment playbook holds because someone on the ground holds it.
What you will do
Direct daily construction across civil, electrical, and equipment placement. Coordinate subcontractors, keep the site safe and inspected, and keep the schedule honest with the project team in Houston.
What you bring
Years superintending industrial or energy construction, comfort being the final word on a remote site, and a safety record you are happy to talk about in detail.
