The fleet is growing faster than the team, and that is the problem you own. You will run hiring across operations, engineering, and commercial, and build the people practices a growing company needs.
What you will do
Own searches end to end, from writing the role to closing the offer. Build hiring loops that respect candidates' time, and stand up the people operations that keep a fast-growing team healthy.
