About Anode
Anode designs, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage across Texas. Containerized LFP systems engineered as one certified unit, deployed on a twelve to sixteen month schedule, and dispatched on our own software from the first commercial cycle. The team that builds a site is the team that runs it.
About the role
You will run the operations organisation: the control room, the field teams, and the availability numbers we publish every year. The fleet is growing, and this role owns the standard it grows into.
What you will do
Own fleet availability targets and the annual report behind them. Build the maintenance and response playbooks, staff the control room and regional teams, and sit with engineering so what the fleet learns changes what we build next.
What you bring
Years running industrial or power operations at scale, comfort being accountable to published numbers, and the judgment to know when a remote fix is enough and when to roll a truck.
