About Anode
Anode designs, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage across Texas. Containerized LFP systems engineered as one certified unit, deployed on a twelve to sixteen month schedule, and dispatched on our own software from the first commercial cycle. The team that builds a site is the team that runs it.
About the role
Most fleet issues resolve from the operations center. When they do not, you are the response. You will maintain and repair operating sites across West Texas as part of the expanding regional team.
What you will do
Run preventive maintenance windows, respond when remote diagnostics reach their limit, and feed what you find in the field back to the engineers who design the next site.
What you bring
Experience with inverters, industrial controls, or substation equipment, a clean driving record, and the self-direction to run a day alone on a remote site.
