About Anode
Anode designs, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage across Texas. Containerized LFP systems engineered as one certified unit, deployed on a twelve to sixteen month schedule, and dispatched on our own software from the first commercial cycle. The team that builds a site is the team that runs it.
About the role
Commissioning is where a construction site becomes an operating asset. You will run acceptance tests and burn-in on battery blocks, starting at Cedar Bayou, and hand each train to the operations team ready to dispatch.
What you will do
Execute site acceptance tests block by block, run commissioning trains in parallel with construction, chase down faults while crews are still mobilised, and close out the punch list that stands between mechanical completion and energization.
What you bring
Hands-on experience with inverters, batteries, or substation equipment, fluency with test procedures and controls, and patience for doing it right at 2 a.m. when the schedule wants it done at midnight.
