About Anode
Anode designs, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage across Texas. Containerized LFP systems engineered as one certified unit, deployed on a twelve to sixteen month schedule, and dispatched on our own software from the first commercial cycle. The team that builds a site is the team that runs it.
About the role
Our enclosures are engineered and certified as one unit, and they come together in Houston. You will build them: modules, busbar, thermal loops, and controls, torqued and documented to the standard the certification depends on.
What you will do
Assemble and wire battery enclosures on the production line, run quality checks at every stage, and keep the documentation that lets a unit trace every torque value and connection back to a name and a date.
What you bring
Electrical or mechanical assembly experience, care with high-voltage systems, and pride in work that has to be right for twenty years.
